Finding your property in France

In my capacity as Attorney in Real Estate Transactions, I have access to a range of sources that will enable you to find a property at the best possible price and to negotiate with the counterpart adviser on an arm’s length basis.

We have access to off-market properties which we can visit, valuate and reserve before they are listed on mainstream real estate websites.

This is particularly true with properties put on our network intra-net by Attorneys in French Real Estate Transactions who do not practice in English. We are in touch with them and can negotiate with them on your behalf. This enables you to negotiate properties with the certainty to bargain at local prices.

As a foreigner you are welcome to invest in France. The French real estate market is open to foreign investors. You may choose, acquire, structure, hold and manage your property in the way that best fit your need and wills. You may buy a property as a second home in France or you may buy it as an investment and rent it out.
